Healthcare Education Project: Increased healthcare literacy among resource families [foster families] by securing and overseeing a $4million USD contract between a non-profit and a metropolitan city & county’s government and neighboring counties, coordinating educational programs, trainings, and conferences.
Digital Security Projects: Enhanced community resilience to digital threats by designing and teaching accessible classes on cybersecurity fundamentals, tailored to the audience. Fostering greater awareness and confidence among community members, strengthening collective capacity to navigate technology safely.
Mental Healthcare Project: Executed strategic initiatives to increase access to comprehensive mental healthcare by designing and managing early funding project for start-up organization. Leading cross-cultural teams in donor cultivation and budget stewardship, negotiating and securing contracts, researched and identified funding sources, including benefactors and charitable grants, marketed the project to invoke community interest and support. Implemented budget control and auditing processes for downstream distribution of funds.
Literacy Fundraising Project: Increased financial backing of county-wide literacy initiative through the development, design, coordination, and mobilization of a multi-disciplinary fundraising team.
