The Braided Strategist's Future Goals /// Moving Forward /// Let's Work Together ///

As a Project Manager and Strategist, I am committed to advancing business leadership that is inseparable from cultural competence, equity, and anti‑colonial frameworks.

My practice is distinguished by lived experience as an Anishinaabe abolitionist anarchist, coupled with formal training and experience in social work, business administration, and project management. This unique integration equips me to continue delivering strategies that challenge colonial and capitalist norms while producing tangible, measurable outcomes.

I am prepared to continue:

  • Leading organizational transformation by guiding leaders toward non‑hierarchical, equity‑driven structures that strengthen resilience and innovation.

  • Managing complex, cross‑sector projects in healthcare, education, and social services, ensuring that progressive initiatives are translated into actionable deliverables.

  • Providing technical and strategic documentation — grants, RFPs, SOPs, and business plans — that secure resources and articulate vision with clarity and precision.

  • Supporting leadership development by mentoring emerging business leaders and MBA students, equipping them to integrate anti‑colonial frameworks into their practice.
