Created a comprehensive course package with curriculum, guided workbook, and assessment tool, combining theory with practical application. Delivered instruction, coaching, and change management support, to help leaders apply abolitionist values to organizational design.

Equipped leaders with actionable tools to challenge hierarchy, reimagine workplace power dynamics, and align organizational structures with abolitionist principles. Educated fellow leftists on the position their deeply held values have within the workplace.
